We are now looking for our first dedicated Partnerships Manager to join the team; someone who will shape how we grow, connect, and collaborate with the brands and industries that belong in our world. In this role, you will take the lead in developing, securing, and managing partnerships that strengthen both LE Miami and SET.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations, ensuring that partnerships are not only secured but delivered seamlessly.
What you will do:
Lead all partnership conversations for LE Miami and SET, from initial approach through to signed agreements
Develop a pipeline and convert strong leads into long-term partnerships with a clear commercial impact
Expand our partner base beyond travel into lifestyle industries, including fashion, design, wellness, and culture
Work closely with all relevant departments to ensure partnerships are executed effectively and aligned with our brand
Collaborate with operations to guarantee the smooth delivery of all partnership commitments
Act as the key point of contact between internal teams and partners, keeping communication clear and consistent
Provide insights and recommendations to shape future partnership strategies
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes for both L.E/Miami and SET
What you will need:
Proven experience in partnerships or business development (ideally 3–5 years), preferably in lifestyle, events, travel, design, fashion, or culture
A strong track record in negotiating and closing agreements
The ability to balance commercial focus with building meaningful, long-term relationships
A network in one or more of our adjacent industries, or the drive and skill to establish one quickly
Strong communication skills and experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, dynamic environment across sales, marketing, and operations
Creativity and a collaborative approach to spotting opportunities for brand alignment

Position Type: Permanent, with a 4-day working week. Our hybrid model includes 3 days in the office (located in Shepherd's Bush), 1 day working from home, and every Friday as a non-working day as standard.
