You will also be responsible for continuously optimising event websites to improve user experience and conversion rates. Additionally, you will monitor website analytics and social media engagement to assess campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Brand Guardianship: You will act as the primary brand ambassador, ensuring brand consistency and impact across all communication channels. This includes crafting compelling messaging that clearly articulates the unique value proposition of each event. You will oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, such as videos, articles, and social media updates, that resonates with target audiences. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams, including sales, creative, and operations, to ensure brand consistency across all communications and materials.
- Sponsorship Management: You will develop and manage sponsorship programmes to secure funding and generate additional revenue. This includes identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities from relevant companies, building and maintaining strong relationships with sponsors to ensure mutual benefit, and developing and implementing sponsorship activation plans to maximise the value of these partnerships.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyse key marketing metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation while aligning efforts with company goals.
