Position Type: Permanent, 4 day working week (4 day working week for 5 days’ pay!)
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days in the office (Shepherds Bush), 1 day from home & every Friday is non working day as standard

The role:
As Sales & Travel Relations Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on our latest venture, SET (Specialists in Entertainment Travel) to oversee the curation of the buyers and exhibitors for your region. SET is the first invitation-only trade event for high-end entertainment travel. In your role, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with the best of the best in entertainment. Under the direction of the Head of Sales and Travel Relations, you will be responsible for implementing the annual sales strategy, and meeting sales and sponsorship targets for both buyers and exhibitors.
You must have a deep understanding of the entertainment industry as a whole, staying on top of trends, competitor activity, what’s hot and what’s not – through research and networking with peers. As the owner of your region, the Sales & Travel Relations Manager is tasked with identifying new leads, as well as building and maintaining relationships with the industry’s movers and shakers; organising and attending sales trips both at home and abroad.
On-site during the event, the Sales & Travel Relations Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all administrative tasks for their region (including badges, stand build, appointment matching etc.) and maintaining high levels of customer service at all times.
What you will do:
- Exhibitor Sales - sales planning & prospect development
- Buyer Recruitment - produce the buyer plan for your market and curate the buyer guest list
- Sponsorship - identify sponsorship opportunities from within the entertainment and travel sector
- Innovation - finding new ways to connect with potential customers
What you will need:
- 3 or more years experience in the world of entertainment travel, with at least 1 year at manager level.
- Proven success in delivering sales revenues and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
- A real passion for the world of entertainment
- Must be driven by personally achieving targets
- Willing to travel as required
