CRM Salesforce Manager
Position Type: Permanent, 4 day working week (4 day working week for 5 days’ pay!)
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days in the office (Shepherds Bush), 1 day from home & every Friday is non working day as standard

The role:
Reporting to the Head of CRM the role holder will take ownership of the Salesforce development roadmap while liaising with stakeholders to establish needs, as well as managing their expectations and setting agreed objectives. You will have demonstrable experience in developing innovative ways at both strategic level and implementation level to increase engagement and promote database growth across CRM touch points. We would love for you to propose analytical tools to optimise business department activities including sales, marketing and finance. To be successful you will have a passion for defining, developing and delivering CRM projects/tech/systems/processes
What you will do:
- Work with the Head of CRM and show/event teams in developing, optimising, maintaining and executing the data strategy roadmap to drive engagement and revenue growth
- Add, compile, delete, upload and clean data for a rolling schedule of mail, email and telemarketing campaigns and events.
- Update, research and validate data for marketing campaigns and sales pipelines.
- Deliver regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards and analysis for sales, marketing and senior leadership, alongside actionable business insights.
- Communicate This is Beyond Ltd data strategy and technical operations to other teams and where necessary formally present at internal and external meetings.
- Oversee GDPR compliance and own and champion best practice data management, maintenance and quality assurance.
What you will need:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- 3 to 5 years extensive experience and knowledge of Salesforce and the Force.com platform including Sales and Service Cloud.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce automation tools including Process Builder and Lightning Flow.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
- Knowledge of Agile work practices & excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- GDPR practitioner and some knowledge of SQL, Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Pardot and other digital marketing tools.
